DeskFerry
AI employees that run recurring work in your apps

About DeskFerry
DeskFerry is built for small teams that want recurring office work handled without building automations by hand. It lets you hire AI employees, each assigned a standing job such as replying to new leads, chasing overdue invoices, triaging support tickets or preparing weekly reports. The agents work inside Gmail, Slack, HubSpot and more than 1,500 other apps, and they pause for approval before anything that sends an email, changes a record or spends money.
Alongside the AI employees, a chat assistant called Assist handles quick requests such as catching up on email, comparing software options or drafting a rewrite. Teams can choose models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and xAI without managing their own API keys, and they can add custom skills and a shared brand voice. Every run is logged so nothing fails quietly.
What sets it apart is the balance between autonomy and control: the agents do the work on a schedule or when an event happens, while people keep the final say on consequential actions. Plans start at $49 per month after a seven-day trial, and the company says every plan includes unlimited AI employees.
