CVnomist is a web-based tool for job seekers who want to adapt their resume to each role without rewriting it by hand. Users upload an existing resume, paste the link to a job posting, and download a tailored version as a Word document that they can still edit.
The tool reads the job description, detects which applicant tracking system the employer uses, and adjusts keywords and formatting so the resume is more likely to pass automated filters.
