About CertPilot

CertPilot is built for lean IT teams, MSPs, agencies and founders who need to show their IT is under control without adopting an enterprise GRC suite. It runs daily public-signal checks on domains, SSL certificates, DNS, RDAP domain expiry and email authentication, and it does not need private system credentials.

Alongside those checks, teams keep customer-maintained registers for renewals and vendors, people and accounts, assets, systems and access reviews. The checks and registers are combined into dated, plain-English evidence reports that state their source, scope, ownership and limits, so a manager can review them without a spreadsheet trail.

The product is positioned as an operating layer rather than a compliance certification. It does not scan private content, monitor employees or provide audit guarantees, and people remain responsible for reviewing and acting on what it surfaces. A free tier of IT admin tools, including SSL expiry and email record checks, is available without an account.
