become.games
Turn photos of your people into a personalised browser game
About become.games
become.games is a gift tool for anyone who wants a playful, personal present. You upload a photo, the site draws everyone in it as a cartoon character, and you send the result as a game that plays in the browser with no download needed. It is aimed at people planning birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, weddings and leaving dos who want something more memorable than a card.
The site offers ten game styles, including a flappy flyer, platformer, arena battle, kart racer and escape room. Twenty occasion themes come with pre-written jokes, obstacles and endings, and pets can be drawn as characters too. You can try a game with demo characters before adding your own, and sharing is done by link, WhatsApp, email or QR code.
Making and publishing games is free. A paid plan adds custom characters and a personal subdomain. The site says photos are deleted once the cartoons are made, games are unlisted and carry no trackers, and everyone in a photo must consent.
