About AI HR Bot
AI HR Bot is built for HR teams and employees who already live in Slack. Staff ask questions about policies, leave and meetings in plain language, typed or spoken aloud, and the bot answers without anyone leaving the chat.
The bot files leave requests, tracks each leave balance and routes approvals to a lead, an HR contact or both, depending on the request type. It answers policy questions from the company's own handbook and says so when it does not know the answer. It can also propose meeting times to coworkers, post birthday wishes in a channel of your choice and remember context between conversations.
Setup takes about two minutes: create an account, connect Slack and the bot introduces itself to the team. Pricing is free for up to five people, with a per-person paid plan for larger teams. Slack tokens are encrypted, and every permission the app requests is listed.
