AgentOne is an AI agent for people who want routine computer work handled without babysitting it. You describe the outcome, and it works across the email, documents, calendar and other apps you already use to carry the task through from start to finish. It connects to more than 40,000 apps, services and websites, so it can send an email, update a spreadsheet or file a ticket on your behalf.

The agent can run tasks on a schedule, such as a daily briefing or a weekly project check-in, and each run keeps its own chat so you can review the results. It remembers past conversations, so you can ask what was decided last week and pick up where you left off. It asks before taking actions you care about and notifies you when work finishes or needs approval. Long jobs are summarized as they go so they keep progressing.

AgentOne runs on your own computer and only uses the apps and information you choose to connect. It is available for macOS, Windows and Linux, and it lets you bring your own API keys or choose from many AI models. A free plan is offered, with paid tiers for higher usage limits.
