TrendGap is a research tool for people looking for their next product. It reads everyday complaints about apps and tools from reviews, app stores, plugin directories and developer forums, then groups them into product gaps. Each gap receives a score, so builders can see where people are already asking for a fix.

It is aimed at indie hackers, SaaS founders, app developers, agencies and WordPress or browser extension makers. Each opportunity opens into a report with the pain in people's own words, who wants a fix and what to build first. Search demand trends, a private idea evaluator and a market radar for new launches add context before committing time.

Reports can be exported as instructions for AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and Codex, which helps move from a proven problem to a first version. A free plan is offered, and it requires no card to start.
