CertRally is built for small builders and property managers who need to know their subcontractors are insured. Rather than tracking certificate of insurance dates in a spreadsheet, you import your subcontractor list and set the coverage you require, such as minimum limits, additional insured status and waiver of subrogation.

The product then emails each subcontractor before their certificate expires, at 30, 14 and 7 days out, and again if coverage lapses. Requests go out in your company's name with a private upload link, so subcontractors do not need an account or an app, and a phone photo is enough. An AI reader pulls the carrier, policy numbers, dates and limits from the certificate and flags anything that does not match your requirements, while unclear fields are marked for you to check rather than guessed.

The site describes a single screen showing who is covered, expiring or lapsed, plus a weekly digest, full certificate history and an audit export. The product is still in early development and features are planned, so join the waitlist to get early access.
