Browser-based live closed captions for events and broadcasts

About Stage Captions
Stage Captions is a browser-based closed captioning platform for live events. It turns a speaker's audio into automatic captions that can be shown on venue screens, livestream overlays and attendees' own devices. It is aimed at conference organizers, event and broadcast teams, schools, churches and presenters who need accessible live text without installing software.
A team creates a caption room in the browser, picks the audio input, language and a design preset, then shares a QR code or direct link so attendees can follow along on a phone, tablet or laptop. The same browser output can be loaded into OBS Studio, Resolume or other tools that support web content, or shown on a stage screen or confidence monitor.
A presenter dashboard lets staff monitor audio input, caption output and delay, and adjust display settings. Custom dictionaries help the engine recognize names, abbreviations and technical terms. The site also offers a 15-minute free trial with no credit card required.
