About ReleasePad

ReleasePad is a changelog tool for software teams that want customers to see what shipped without spending hours writing release notes. It is aimed at product teams and founders who release often and want their updates visible inside the app and on a public page.

You can describe what shipped in a few lines, ask an AI assistant, or connect GitHub so that merged pull requests produce draft announcements. The AI rewrites technical changes in plain language, and nothing is published until you approve it with one click. Approved posts appear in an in-app widget, on a branded changelog page, and as Markdown that AI assistants can read.

What sets it apart is the focus on turning updates into adoption and visibility. The widget is a small script tag, the changelog can be served from your own domain, and an MCP server lets Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT draft and publish posts. A REST API and webhooks cover teams that want to automate from their own pipelines.
