ReadMyBlueprint is construction takeoff software for estimators, subcontractors and homeowners who need material counts from architectural plans. Users upload a digital PDF plan set and the tool measures each wall from the drawing's own geometry, matches it to the wall-type legend, and counts studs, track, drywall sheets, insulation and CMU block by wall type.
The product is built around review rather than blind trust. Walls it cannot match are flagged for the estimator to confirm, and the app remembers those answers on later plan sets. Every number is traced back to the wall it came from, so the material list can be checked before it goes into a bid.
It does not read scanned or photographed plans, only digital exports from tools like AutoCAD or Revit. Pricing includes a free first plan set, a per-upload option, a Solo Estimator subscription and a team plan for small firms.
