About Negotiaelle
Negotiaelle is aimed at professional women preparing for a salary review, a job offer or a promotion conversation. The user enters their role, level, current pay, target figure and the situation, and a negotiation-focused AI generates a personalised script in about 60 seconds.
Each script has three parts: an opening that anchors the target number, a response to common pushback such as a tight budget, and a follow-up email that restates the figure in writing. Lines are annotated so the user understands why each phrase was chosen. The wording draws on research into how women are perceived when they negotiate, and it can reference EU pay transparency rules and local law where relevant. It is available in nine languages.
Beyond the one-off script, the site offers a paid Roleplay Trainer for rehearsing out loud with AI manager personas and getting a scored debrief, plus a free blog of negotiation articles. A 30-day refund policy is listed.
