KirokuForms is an online form builder for small businesses that need contact forms, quote requests, bookings and signup forms without a developer. Forms are built by dragging fields into place and styled to match your own site, and every answer is saved in one dashboard before any email goes out.
It suits small businesses, marketers, agencies and developers. Answers can carry an owner, a status and an activity trail, and a person can approve a submission before it moves on to a CRM, a spreadsheet or an AI agent. Suspected spam is held in its own tab, and forms are rate limited with an optional Cloudflare bot check.
For AI workflows, KirokuForms offers a Model Context Protocol server so an agent can create a form and stop for a person to review the answer. Its free plan includes 500 responses a month, and paid plans are priced per month with no fee per response.
