K2Mailer is an email marketing platform for teams that send bulk campaigns and want more control over who receives them and whether they should be sent. It brings audience targeting, pre-send safeguards, deliverability controls, automation, AI-assisted drafting and campaign analytics into one guided workflow.

The platform focuses on the decisions that protect a send. Lists, reusable segments and individual contacts can be targeted while a single contact profile is kept across lists, with double opt-in and global opt-out enforced. Pre-send checks look for broken links, missing unsubscribe links and sending setup errors, blocking critical problems and keeping warnings visible.

K2Mailer also lets users manage sending domains, tracking domains and servers, including several third-party providers, and processes bounces, complaints and suppressions automatically. AI can help draft or review copy, but nothing is sent until a person approves it.
