Subscribers choose from three tiers, Classic, Plus, and Deluxe, which differ in arrangement size and the quality of the flowers. Billing can be monthly, quarterly, or yearly, while deliveries happen about once a quarter on a day the recipient does not know in advance. Each arrangement is prepared by an independent local florist near the recipient, and delivery is included in the price.

What sets it apart is the separation between billing and delivery: the plan can be paid monthly while the flowers arrive on an unexpected schedule. Cancellation is handled by email to support, with no fees listed on the site.
