About Hire Mara

Hire Mara is built for SaaS founders and small product teams who know they should be emailing new sign-ups, users stuck in a trial and customers who have left, but never get around to writing those messages. Mara drafts welcome, nudge and win-back emails in your voice, based on what you show her about how you write.

Mara connects to your auth provider, such as Clerk or Supabase, and to billing webhooks from Stripe or Polar, so she sees signups, upgrades and cancellations as they happen. A small API lets her see what users actually do inside your product, so she can nudge people who get stuck and stay quiet with users who are doing well. You read each draft, tweak a line if needed and approve it, and Mara handles sending, testing and follow-ups.

The product can also be set up by handing a setup prompt to a coding agent, which wires everything together over MCP.
