Heyo Email is cold email software for teams that send high outbound volume. It lets users connect unlimited sending accounts without per-seat fees, and every account is warmed up automatically in the background to protect sender reputation.
The platform includes a global unibox that gathers replies from all accounts and campaigns into one inbox, plus a multi-step campaign builder with conditional logic, A/B testing and daily ramp-up limits. It also covers lead lists, CSV imports, DNC management, custom unsubscribe pages and tracking subdomains.
Heyo focuses on Microsoft Exchange mailboxes rather than Google Workspace or Outlook, which the site says keeps per-inbox costs low. Google accounts are not supported.
