FeedbackHi is built for developers and indie makers who want to collect feedback from users of their websites without building a feedback system themselves. It offers a floating feedback widget or an embeddable public board where visitors can post feature requests and bug reports, vote on ideas and see statuses change as items are resolved.

Setup is done by pasting two lines of HTML into a page, with no npm install, backend or API key in the code. Visitors can post anonymously without an account, captcha or email, and votes are de-duplicated per visitor without requiring a login or cookie banner. Posts from every site appear in one dashboard, where the owner can reply officially and mark status as pending, in progress or resolved.

The pitch is speed for small projects: instead of adding a database table, API route and admin page just to gather a bug report, the site owner gets hosted, moderated and styled feedback out of the box. A free plan is offered to start.
