Excurvo is a web app for tour and activity operators that need to manage seats on a dated departure. It offers three free worksheets on the page: demand based pricing that prices the seats still open from capacity, load and lead time, a reservation confirmation email that totals what was booked, paid and still owed, and a group pricing calculator that works out a per person price.

The free tools need no account, card or sign-up. Excurvo Pro is the paid layer that keeps each departure, its seats, deposits and guests on record so that the booking desk can refer back to them later, including in the following season.

It is aimed at tour and activity desks rather than general travel agencies. Its pitch is that the arithmetic is free and the value of Pro is the stored record of what was sold and promised, priced at $99 per month for a whole office with a 14 day free trial.
