ERPLight is a web and mobile ERP for Swiss self-employed people and small businesses that need to create offers, orders and invoices without the clutter of larger systems. It focuses on the core workflow: turning a quote into an order with one click, generating QR-invoices that Swiss banking apps can scan, and keeping a customer list with open items in view.

The product is built around a minimal interface that aims to be usable without training. Receipts can be photographed from a phone and recorded as expenses, and a single export packages invoices, expenses and a journal as a ZIP with a PDF summary for the user's fiduciary. Storage is in the cloud on European servers, and the site states nDSG and GDPR compliance.

A free Starter plan is offered with no time limit. Paid Professional and Business plans add bookkeeping, payroll for the Professional plan and above, and features such as recurring invoices, which the site lists under Business. The site notes that payroll setup should be checked by a fiduciary.
