EraseNoise is an online tool for removing steady background noise from spoken recordings. It is aimed at podcasters, interviewers, YouTube creators, lecturers and voiceover artists who have a voice recording spoiled by wind, fans, traffic or electrical hum. Files are uploaded in a browser, so no software needs to be installed, and the tool works on both desktop and phone.

The main difference is that you hear before you pay. EraseNoise plays a free 30-second preview of the speech-heavy part of your file, with the original and cleaned versions side by side, so you can reject a thin-sounding result before processing the rest. Audio downloads as WAV and video downloads as MP4 with the same picture and a cleaned soundtrack. Uploads and results are deleted after 24 hours.

It is not a full audio suite. It does not split songs, remove echo or reverb in depth, or add captions and edits, and the site points users to separate tools for those jobs. Full downloads use paid minutes from a Pro plan or a pack.
