About Creatures

Creatures is an online platform for people who raise, breed, rescue or care for animals. It gives every animal its own free profile that holds pedigree, health history, genetics, registrations and certification records, so owners can keep their operation organized in one place instead of across photos, drawers, calendars and spreadsheets.

The platform also handles the business side. It tracks the cost and value of each animal, which the founder says is more detailed than general accounting software. When an owner is ready to sell, the animal's profile can become a marketplace listing, and buyers or visitors can book a visit directly through the site.

Creatures stands out with its Stewardship feature, which lets rescues, sanctuaries and conservation groups invite supporters to help care for an animal even when they never own it. Breeders and farmers can also use tools such as name ideas, pedigree charts, color genetics and gestation calculators.
