CleanNoise is a web tool for removing background noise from recordings. It is aimed at podcasters, video creators, remote workers, students, musicians and support teams who need speech to sound clear. You upload an audio or video file in any browser without installing anything, and the AI detects steady noise such as hum, hiss, wind, fans and room chatter and suppresses it while keeping the voice natural.
The main difference from fixed filters is that you can hear a free 30-second preview at full quality before paying. No sign-up is needed for the preview, and the full cleaned file costs $0.99 per file, with a Pro plan available for heavier use. An optional setting removes echo and reverb for muffled or low-quality recordings, and results can be downloaded as MP3, M4A, WAV or FLAC, or as video.
Uploaded files are used only to produce the cleaned result and are deleted within 48 hours, according to the site.
