About builtbyindies

Builtbyindies is a weekly launch platform aimed at indie hackers and independent makers who want to show new products to an engaged audience. Each week's launches are grouped into a ranked list where the community can upvote, comment and give feedback on what they see.

The platform says launching is free and that each product receives a permanent listing that can be found through Google and AI search, so launches stay discoverable after the week ends. It also offers a leaderboard of top makers, weekly winners, and community stories and resources.

It differs from general directories by focusing on a fixed weekly launch cycle with direct maker feedback, giving founders a regular moment to get early attention and responses from other builders.
