About Brevn
Brevn is an AI chat assistant for small business owners who get visitors and leads from their website but cannot answer every question themselves. It is aimed at contractors, local trades, consultants and e-commerce sellers who are often on the job rather than at a desk.
You enter your website URL and Brevn crawls core pages such as services, about, contact and FAQ. The agent then answers visitor questions from that content rather than generic guesses, and it can capture lead details in the same chat thread. Setup involves copying one embed snippet into a site header or footer, and the product lists support for WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow and custom HTML.
A dashboard shows conversations, captured leads and conversion figures, and new leads can trigger email alerts. Plans are priced per month with a free trial on paid tiers, and a free option is also offered for testing.
