About Belumo

Belumo is a German-language gardening magazine and planning app for people who grow vegetables on a balcony, in a raised bed or in a garden. It publishes practical articles on companion planting, crop rotation, soil care, fertilizing, watering and sowing times, each written around what matters in the current season.

The site also offers a Beetplaner app that turns that knowledge into a plan for a specific bed. Users set up a bed in a few minutes, see which plants grow well together and get seasonal next steps instead of guessing at timing. A topic hub covers soil and raised beds in depth.

The focus is on clarity and manageable effort rather than rigid templates. Belumo positions itself as a way to make gardening simpler, with decisions that take about ten minutes a week.
