WhyLeft is built for SaaS founders who want to know why customers cancel without spending time on exit calls. When someone cancels, it sends a short plain-text exit interview from your own address, then writes one contextual follow-up based on what they said.
Every reply is tagged and read against your full history of answers. Instead of a chart to interpret, you get a recommendation for the one thing worth fixing next, with supporting customer quotes and the revenue behind it. A built-in assistant, Wylo, can also answer questions in plain language using your collected interviews.
The product also covers a cancellation capture flow inside your own cancel button, win-back playbooks, and failed-payment recovery. It connects to Stripe, Polar, Lemon Squeezy and Paddle, or through an API and CSV import.
