Submitlist
Kanban board to track launch submissions to 300+ directories

About Submitlist
Submitlist is a workspace for makers who need to get their product listed on directories, launch sites, newsletters, subreddits and communities. It replaces the usual spreadsheet with a Kanban board where each manual submission moves through five stages: to submit, in progress, submitted, listed and rejected. Cards keep the listing URL, private notes and any rejection feedback.
A launch vault stores descriptions, founder bios, logos, screenshots and category tags in one place, so the copy can be reused for every submission. Pasting a product URL lets AI draft a first version of the launch kit. A catalog of more than 300 curated targets shows metrics such as domain rating, traffic and link type, and is checked weekly for dead links. Targets can be added straight to a project board.
The tool does not submit anything automatically. It also offers an MCP endpoint with scoped, revocable tokens, so coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, opencode or Cursor can read the launch kit and move cards. It suits first-time launchers and people who ship often. The Free plan requires no credit card.
