SameSame

About SameSame

SameSame is a browser extension for Chrome, Firefox and Edge that helps online shoppers find the same product, or a cheaper alternative, across Amazon, Temu and AliExpress. It is aimed at people who compare prices between stores and want to do it without leaving the listing they are viewing.

The extension opens each store's own visual search from the page you are on. You can right-click any image on a website and run a search on one of the three platforms, or use a find-similar button on their product pages. It also adds in-page buttons on many other shops, including Etsy and eBay.

Results appear in a collapsible sidebar on the original page, where they can be reordered or hidden while you compare. Instead of sending images to a third-party reverse-image site, SameSame relies on the search tools the platforms already provide, which are often hard to reach on desktop. The site also offers guides for image search on each store. SameSame is independent and not affiliated with any of the stores.
