PLRental.ma is a paperless contract platform for car and vehicle rental agencies, mainly in Morocco. Staff scan a customer's ID with a phone camera and the AI fills in the rental details, such as name, address, licence number and expiry. The customer then signs on screen, and both parties receive a PDF copy by email while the contract is stored in the cloud.
The product is aimed at small and mid-sized rental businesses that still write contracts by hand. Beyond contracts, it offers vehicle fleet tracking, maintenance and insurance reminders, payment follow-up, and reports on revenue and occupancy. Contract templates are set up per vehicle, and the branding can be customised.
