OSHA Card Tracker is built for small contractors with 5 to 100 workers who need to know which crew members hold OSHA 10 or 30 cards, NYC SST cards, forklift evaluations, CPR certificates and other safety credentials. It stores each worker's records in one place, shows gaps by job site, and sends email reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days before a credential that really expires lapses.

When a general contractor asks for proof, the product can generate a dated audit PDF listing every worker, credential and status, with card photos on paid plans. The company says it leaves expiry dates blank for federal OSHA cards, which do not expire, and only sets them when a real rule or contract applies. Paid plans add a Spanish interface and a QR proof page per worker.

The free plan covers up to 10 workers, and the site also offers nine free OSHA tools, including practice tests and a training matrix template, that need no sign-up.
