ISPbox is an operating panel for wireless and fiber internet providers. It brings invoicing, customer records, support tickets, technician scheduling, equipment inventory and network monitoring into one dashboard, so small ISP teams can run daily work without stitching together several tools.
The platform authenticates subscribers over standard RADIUS and offers the deepest integration with MikroTik routers, with an API mode that configures RouterOS directly. Operators get live network maps, latency and packet loss monitoring that points to the faulty link, and a branded self-service portal where subscribers can pay invoices and open tickets.
ISPbox also includes a built-in MCP server, so staff can connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to their panel and ask questions or perform routine actions. Each person signs in with their own account, and every action is recorded in an audit log. Pricing is monthly and scales with the number of active subscribers, with a 7-day free trial.
