About Increment

Increment is a web-based calendar for people who want their to-do list planned for them. Users add tasks and goals, and the app places them in the free gaps around fixed events such as meetings and appointments, ordering work by deadline and splitting long jobs across several blocks.

Events can be synced from iCloud, Google, Outlook and Microsoft 365, university timetables or any .ics or webcal link. When plans change, a single Reschedule press reshuffles every flexible task, while pinned items stay where they are. Tasks can depend on one another and repeat daily or weekly, and goals track target sessions per week with streaks and analytics.

Projects group tasks and notes into their own workspaces, with custom colours, allowed working hours and a backlog for work that should wait. Increment runs in the browser on computers and phones, works offline and keeps data on the device unless sync is turned on. A try-it mode needs no sign-up, and paid plans are monthly, yearly or a one-off lifetime payment after a 14-day trial.
