About Human, Please

Human, Please is an independent phone directory for people who dread automated phone menus. Search for a company and the site shows its phone number, how many menu steps stand between you and a live agent, and the typical time it takes to get a person on the line.

The directory covers 10,258 companies across 227 countries and territories. About 1,060 of them include step-by-step phone-menu routes, while the rest list phone numbers and contact details. A Walk me through it mode displays one keypress at a time during the call. Hold times are averages reported by other callers, and each contact links back to its source.

The site states that it uses no accounts, analytics or advertising cookies. If a visitor answers whether they reached a person, only the selected choices are sent and they are deleted after 30 days. It is not affiliated with any company it lists.
