About html2email

html2email is a Chrome extension for people who write in Gmail, Yahoo, Mail.ru or Yandex Mail and want their messages to look polished without signing up for a mailing platform. It is aimed at small shops, schools, studios and anyone sending the occasional announcement or newsletter.

Users pick a built-in template, upload their own HTML, or copy a designed email they received, then preview it and insert it into the compose window in one click. Reusable fields let them change names, dates and buttons while keeping the same design. A layout check flags problems, a link check lists broken links, and previews can be viewed in light and dark modes or shared as a picture.

The free plan covers editing, previewing, built-in templates, five sends and up to five saved letters. Pro adds unlimited sends and saved letters, the full layout check and link checking, with monthly, yearly and lifetime options billed inside the extension.
