homes+ is a Chrome extension for real estate investors who analyze rental properties on Zillow. It places cap rate, cash-on-cash return, estimated rent, property tax, days on market and a 0-100 deal score directly onto each listing page, so there is no need to copy URLs into a spreadsheet or juggle multiple tabs.
The product is aimed at BRRRR and buy-and-hold investors who want a quick read on whether a house pencils out. Estimates come from a rent model trained on more than 41,000 rental listings across 48 states and 7,600 ZIP codes. When the training data for a market is thin, the overlay says so, prompting the user to verify before committing.
A free tier includes ten property analyses per month along with saved properties and CSV export. A Pro plan adds unlimited lookups and early access to planned support for other listing sites such as Redfin.
