Handler

About Handler

Handler is a marketing agent built for mobile app makers who want TikTok traffic without guessing what will work. It scans your app or website link, finds outlier TikToks already performing well in your niche, and explains why they pop using hook, payoff and comment analysis.

From there, its DupeFarm component reshoots a winning clip with one of your AI creators, producing a finished video that is meant to feel on brand rather than a generic prompt output. Users can also design reusable creators, build a roster of them, and reuse the same face across posts. The product follows a propose-then-approve flow, so the founder stays in control of what gets published.

Handler differs from pure video generators by starting from a proven outlier instead of a blank prompt. It also includes a Chrome extension for scoring TikTok, Instagram and YouTube videos, and an MCP server that works inside Claude and ChatGPT. A free tier lets new users see a first set of picks before choosing a paid plan.
