Hairstyle Atlas is a virtual hairstyle try-on tool for people deciding on a new cut or color before booking a barber or stylist. Users upload one front-facing selfie and can preview more than 120 haircuts and colors on their own face, with sample faces available to explore without an account.
The site is aimed at men and women considering fades, bobs, bangs, curtains, braids, curly cuts and balayage, and it also offers a downloadable reference that can be shown to a barber. Its focus is on keeping the user's own features, skin and lighting while redrawing the hair, rather than placing a model's haircut on them.
