About FocusDex

FocusDex is a focus timer and habit tracker built for iPhone users who struggle to start and finish work sessions. It is aimed at people who want a simple, motivating way to stay on task and see their daily consistency over time.

Each session can start in one tap, with preset durations of 15, 25, 45 or 60 minutes or a custom length between 5 and 120 minutes. A full-screen mode keeps the display on and shows the countdown on the lock screen, and pauses are always available. Finished sessions earn experience and candy that advance daily challenges and grow a companion creature through several forms.

What sets it apart is the reward loop: the app pairs timing with a creature collection drawn from the open-source Tuxemon project, plus habit streaks that keep going even after a missed day. The app stores data on the device with no account and no ads, and it is free to download, with a paid FocusDex Pro subscription or one-time purchase needed to use it.
