Responses are grouped into named themes ranked by how many people raise them, and a weekly digest compares each theme with the previous week. Standard NPS, satisfaction and effort surveys are also available, along with multilingual surveys that show visitors the form in their browser language.
The platform differs from general AI chat tools by offering fixed pricing with unlimited response processing, plus an API, webhooks and an MCP server so teams can pull data into their own tools or query it from AI assistants.
