Export to Figma is a Chrome extension for designers, developers and product teams who need to work from live web interfaces. Instead of taking screenshots and rebuilding layouts by hand, users click an element or page, then paste it into Figma as editable layers that keep fonts, colors, spacing and structure.
The tool is aimed at UI designers, freelancers and teams iterating on existing products. It also works with websites built by AI app generators and no-code platforms, so a prototype from a tool like Lovable or Bolt can be brought into Figma for redesign. Images are extracted and embedded, and the layer hierarchy is kept for easier editing.
A free plan includes a monthly export allowance, while a low-cost Pro plan removes usage limits. The extension is available from the Chrome Web Store, with Firefox also offered on the site. Users are reminded to make sure they have rights to any content they capture.
