About Dayboard

Dayboard is a personal daily workspace for professionals who juggle several responsibilities and want one page to open each morning. Instead of switching between tabs and separate apps, users build a dashboard from widgets such as notes, tasks, quick links, a calendar, a habit tracker, a focus timer and goals.

The product is aimed at freelancers, developers, managers, leaders, social media managers and product people. Users add only the widgets they need, arrange them as they like and return each day to the same setup. Notes and tasks are available on desktop and phone, and private notes sit behind an extra layer of security.

What sets it apart is its deliberate simplicity. The site says it is not meant for complex project management or workflow automation. A free Daily plan includes two Dayboards with four widgets each, while paid plans add more boards and widgets, Google and Outlook calendar sync, public sharing links and CSV export. A higher tier adds team collaboration, guest links and white-label branding.
