About Bracketree

Bracketree is a browser-based tournament bracket generator for organizers of league nights, club events and casual competitions such as darts or cornhole. It builds single elimination, double elimination and round robin brackets for 3 to 128 teams, with no account required.

Users pick a format and team count, then type team names directly onto the bracket lines or leave them blank and print an empty sheet to fill in by hand. The bracket is drawn around the actual number of teams, using standard seeding and giving byes to the top seeds when the count is not a power of two. A blind draw works too: names can be entered in the order they come out of the hat.

The tool is built around printing. It offers Letter, A4 and poster sizes, ink-saving or color output, and optional event, date and venue headers. A shareable link reopens the same bracket with its names. The site states that nothing typed into the page leaves the browser.
