About BooksRecommendedBy

BooksRecommendedBy is a reading directory for people who want to know what well-known figures are reading. It collects book recommendations from the public tweets of celebrities, politicians, entrepreneurs, scientists and authors, then organizes them by person so visitors can see which titles each figure has endorsed.

The site lists personalities with a count of books attributed to each, and includes a search box to find a specific person. Visitors can also browse top books, audiobooks and articles from the same collection, which makes it useful for finding a next read from people whose taste they already respect.

What sets it apart is the sourcing. Each recommendation is tied to a public post rather than an editor's pick or a sponsored list, so the site works as a record of what people have said they are reading.
