About AI Focus Tool
AI Focus Tool is a private web workspace for people whose own new ideas keep pulling them away from the work they already chose. It is aimed at founders, freelancers, creators, marketers and managers who struggle to finish what they start.
You write one active priority and describe the finish line, meaning what will exist when it is done. When a new idea appears, you capture it in a sentence and answer three yes or no questions, called the 60-Second Appeal. Most ideas go to a separate Idea Parking Lot, out of sight until you review them one card at a time. Rare ones get a single re-evaluation. Voice input is supported, and the workspace syncs across devices and works offline.
Unlike a to-do list, focus timer or website blocker, it limits you to one priority at a time. A free Member Workspace needs only an email. The paid Focus Pro plan adds AI second opinions, a finish line coach and weekly pattern insights.
